The most popular of all the sugar free mixes. We took our regular Heavenly Chocolate Pie Mix and converted it to sugar free! Add milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla.
Mix 2 cups milk and contents of package in saucepan over low heat. Beat 3 egg yolks and stir into mixture. Cook on medium low until stiff. Add 2 Tbsp. butter and 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue if desired. (Beat 3 egg whites stiffly and then add 3 Tbsp. sugar substitute) Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until meringue is golden brown.
